4. The way the this technology could end up profitable even though most people will not like it is companies will be paid big bucks to manufacture it. If this technology was to be added to all new cars the companies who manufacture it will be getting profits like all the time cause new cars are always being made like every 10 seconds.
7. We could measure the cause of death with people speeding would be by the cause of impact. If they are like smashed like super sick then they were most likely speeding. To determine a drunk driver would be like the landing and time of day things like that.
9. Their wouldn't be a political resistance if it wasn't mandatory cause nobody would care cause there can continue to do what they want.
